Positions and titles are varied across industry but in general, the jobs for MBAs are more challenging or time-consuming than undergrad's. Some example for titles would be senior financial analyst, senior consultant, associate for IB. Of course, there are some manager title exsit as well, but you are not necessarily managing anyone.
