请教各位大牛，康乃尔大学有一年的AMBA，但是要求硕士毕业，请问这个是硬性指标么？小女本科，工作不到两年，参与了国际top 3 投行在中国内地建立合资券商的组建筹备工作，主要support cfo, 现在主要负责risk & business management, 211, cga, 现想转去做IBD，这些经历能弥补本科毕业的硬伤么，谢谢指导

It's required. If you don't have a graduate degree and want to do 1-year, go for Kellogg, USC, Emory or INSEAD

that is your concern, not that of admission officers and recruiters, obviously, from your stmt, you are not mature enough to think abt problems standing in conterparties' shoes. so accumulate some more experience, change your mindset before you do it
