这个 Team Experience 每个MBA Program 都有，形式大同小异。Since you have already done your research, I think you probably know that in the first year, school assigns you into a team of 5, which all come from different background/industry or maybe even different countries. This lasts for the first sememster for all core classes. The core courses has a lot of team projects that you need to do with your core team. It is definitely a great team working experience and bonding opportunity with your classmates. 对于很多中国学生，我认为是一个很好的锻炼的机会。你会学会更开明的去接受来自不同背景和国家同学的其他想法，学习如何处理团队的矛盾，也可能交到和你志同道合的朋友。在我一年级的时候，由于大家都是在很紧的deadline 下去完成这些project，你会看到有些 team 不合，有些team 很团结。有时候强势不一定就能成功，特别是当你所有的MBA同学都是type A 性格；有时迁就大家也出问题，让人觉得你没主见，而step all over you. 学校希望你通过这个experience 积累leadership的经验，为将来在企业中处理团队的矛盾做准备。至于学到了多少，那就要看你自己了。师傅领进门，修性在个人！但是这些soft skills不是上了一个课就能够拍着胸脯说，我可以lead team 了。

Because we have a very small student body (275 person per class), each lecture section probablly has less than 90 students. 教授会记住你的名字，至少也混个脸熟。
另外，不知道你指的沟通是指什么程度的沟通。首先老师都有office hour，你可以课后去教授的办公室，在他的 office hour show up，也不需要预约。我有几次，考试前赶不上office hour，就去问老师什么时候有空。老师就按照我的作息在办公室等我。我还没遇到拒绝我的老师。再次，有时候来不及问问题，我就发邮件，都及时给了我回答。我也会发邮件问老师，怎么回答面试的问题，老师都很耐心回答。最后，也有老师会请同学到他家里吃饭喝酒。我们课堂小，有些老师很好客，结束了一学期，就叫全班去吃。我自己而言，老师单独请我吃过一次，我们全班请老师也吃过。如果你做Teaching Assistant，也有老师请同学到他家喝酒。
3、 Johnson在介绍上说:When they complete their studies at Johnson, graduates can tap into a network of 250,000 committed and engaged Cornell University alumni.我想问下这样的cornell alumni network在你们找工作/internship的时候是否起到了作用? 有帮助。首先，你如果对一个公司感兴趣，如果有校友在，你可以和他们先谈谈，或是让他们给你递简历。我们学校的传统是上一届一定要帮下一届，虽然不是硬性规定，但是因为我们都是靠一届帮助一届才走下去，不友善的人会被同学唾弃。我有一个summer internship offer 就是和校友聊过，就比别人有优势。结果我的面试官还和这个校友认识，顿时对我大曾好感，让我干掉了所以申请该公司的男同胞而拿到了offer。还有几次拿到面试，是因为公司里有我们自己的校友，在后面帮忙把我们的简历递进去。最后说一个最牛的，细节忽略，宝洁全球总部的 CFO 是我们校友，请我们到他家吃饭，竟然还记得我名字！因为我在上海见过他弟弟，也是我们学校校友. 当然，机会要去争取，不是有校友就有工作的，他们只是敲门砖，你还是要靠自己。
