Hello there!  We would be happy to answer your questions here.  After all, when I applied to business schools in 2002, I went to all the info sessions as well—and I got into HBS, Stanford, and all the other schools as well. Don’t worry too much about these info sessions.  The smartest move is to simply ask honest questions.  Don’t worry too much about impressing anyone.  Listen to the questions, ask honest questions that you want to know the answers to.  They will NOT remember you, unless you try really hard.  Give them a resume, make many comments, etc.  The smartest move is to NOT do that—instead, just listen.   ay attention.  LEARN at these events.  That way, when you sit down to write the application, you will be guaranteed to put together a good app.  THAT is the best way to use these sessions.  Don’t try too hard to impress anyone—simply get the info you need to write a great application.  That’s the smartest move by far.  After all, what if you are trying so hard to impress, and you say something stupid by accident?  Then they MAY remember you…
  Good luck to everyone!
