答案是D，但是我不明白为什么 The list of animals that 后面是用exhibit 而不是 exhibits？？ 不是看主语list是单数吗？？

oh, 因为这里的从句式修饰animals, 所以用复数。而后面的谓语动词 has been expanded to 才是修饰 list
