工作经历的问题 - 换公司比较频繁

四年里做了三家公司， adcom会不会觉得频繁了? 有何弱势？ 刚换工作不久申请的话， 需要特别解释申请的动机 吗？大家怎么看？

对于那些已成事实的情况，只能接受。

的确很频繁，一般跳槽怎么也要两年左右再跳比较正常。劣势肯定有，但是每个具体情况都是特殊的。不需要特别解释申请动机，但我想你的essay中肯定要说明这些工作经历对你的影响和你是否是一个有目标有方向能够踏实做事的人。这一点其实对你非常重要，一般如果HR招人看到这样的简历是非常有麻烦的，学校招生肯定会考虑这个问题的。就看你的具体故事了。

Hello there.  Yes, this will be problematic, but it does not have to cause too much difficulty.  The key will be to craft a well-written Optional Essay, explaining why you have made the decisions that took you from job to job.  If you can explain the logic well, then you should be just fine.  But as we have said before, writing optional essays can be very tricky indeed.  Use it well here, and your problems are solved!
