顶一下，这题看OG的解释感觉它强调的是一个fact而不是executive本身，所以把强调executive的BCD都排除了。

有几个问题想请nn们解答一下
1.同上 为什么b里面有misplaced的问题

2.a和c中都说it指代模糊，但为什么d中没有提到。是说d中it指代明确，还是根本就懒得再提d里面指代的问题呢?
