答案肯定没大的争议  ABSORBING要和后面那个PROTECTING  但是那个absorbing  感觉也有问题啊  他即可以表示是A BUFFER 吸收保护  也可以表示是 ENGINEERS   那不就是CONFUSING了嘛？？？  求牛人解答！！！

分词放在句末作状语，他的逻辑主语一定等同于之前一个主句的主语（白勇语法上面有讲），以上句子的主句主语就是building,所有不会很confusing!
