Hey there, happy to offer up some thoughts here. Both Yale and Johnson are great programs. In the past few years, Johnson has slipped in the rankings a bit and Yale has improved—but generally, Yale tends to be a bit more selective. Higher average GMAT, lower % accepted. Yale is also known for its non-profit background, whereas Johnson is known for its entrepreneurship track, real estate program, and connections in and around NYC. Neither school is particularly well known for management consulting or banking, but all have strong, international alumni networks. Hope this helps!
