Leadership is the ability to influence others. As any leader will tell you, they didn't suddenly 'become leaders' after they were put in a position of power. Rather, they knew how to influence others even in a position of subordination- nobody starts out right at the top.

In addition, the best leaders know when to shut up and follow as well. After all, if everyone is trying to run the show, then the company's in trouble.

Seen in this light, leadership is really more about teamwork. There is no leadership without teamwork.

想想leadership是什么意思,从自身挖掘自己,我们要更好的展现自我,前提很好的认知自己,这对出国路上的各种事情都是很必要的.
leader范围有大小,但是确实是必要的素质,人都是成长型的,任何一个商学院,都不想要一个在企业干了很多年,还在operational level的人,绝不是贬低这个level,只是商学院是有自己的发展需求的
