有没有申请RE的PHD的呢？

不知道哪里可以比较详细了解到RE的PHD program的排名情况。好心的大侠请指教，另外RE的PhD似乎很低调啊，帖子好少呢~

而且开这个专业PHD的学校也很少啊....

Don't mislead people. Usually, if you want to do research in Real Estate, you need to apply Ph.D. in Finance because you will deal with a lot of RMBS, CMBS and other ABS stuff. Ideally, Real Estate Ph.D. applicant should have the same background as an Finance applicant, but knowledge in accounting, urban development and construction are definitely a great plus!

Their finance major focus on Real Estate.
CUNY may also this kind of major
