我也在写。个人感觉，职场生活也是生活。跟同事打交道的体验，跟客户搞关系的认识，都是很好的故事。只是记住，要跟interest联系起来。

Hey there!  Yes, this is a difficult question to answer.  The key is to understand that in the first essay you will cover all of your work-related experiences.  But in the second essay, this is your chance to talk about everything else in your application.  Talk about what you do outside work—have you done some extra-curricular work?  Have you spent any time abroad traveling for fun?  Have you played in any sports?  Beyond the work-related background, what ELSE is there to talk about?  What else are you passionate about?  Dancing?  Music?  Your two year old baby?  J  You get the idea—this is the chance for you to get more personal.  Hope this helps—feel free to reach out to me personally for more guidance!
