这题GWD上也有，答案在C,D间争议。选C的说for about four cents an acre放在accquire后好，选D的说C开头的with结构怪怪的

我是选的D啊，大家来发表下想法吧

但是C的那个With the Louisiana Purchase in 1803 用的不也是很怪的吗？ 好像表方式还是手段什么的  
如果是with coins, with gold之类的 好像就清楚很多

with 一般引导独立主格，with American's Louisiana Purchase in 1803是不是就不怪了啊。
这题可能作者考虑只有American有Louisiana Purchase，所以把独立主格的代词给省略了？
