A:According to GMAT语法，as后只能搭配句子，不能与介词with连用
as用法汇总：
1.表比较（正如……一样，接句子），补充三种常见用法：
(1)(Just) as+句子1，句子2：Just as lady YY backs, jtr returns.
(2)(Just) as+句子1，so +句子2：Just as lady YY backs, SO jtr returns.
(3)(Just) as+句子1，so +too+句子2（此时必须倒装）：Just as lady YY backs, SO TOO returns jtr.


逻辑意思类似like，区别：like/unlike 只能+名词表比较


2.such as 表举例
3.as+n. 表“作为”


In all, as与like皆表比较强调相似性，区别在于as+句子，like+名词，用法严格，皆无法单独承接介宾


PS Gmat语法中with表逻辑性因果的独立状语居多
