同样郁闷. 偶想不同这个HAVE APPEARED. 用ONCE APPEARED 明显好一点吗?

1，A是have appeared，E用have appeared没有改变意思，D的appeared改变了意思。

2，D的定语从句有修饰模糊的嫌疑。

所以，答案只能是在比较出来的。所以，问题，就一定要把题目贴全了。
