advise sb that 后面不是应该跟动词原形吗？那B选项的are不应该改成be才对嘛？

advise在表示建议的时候才用虚拟语气，省略should，用动词原形。这里不是建议。
这道题目即使你不知道这一点也不要紧。likelihood是likely的名词形式。用likely更简洁。being除非表示被动，否则也是不简洁的标志。这样排除下来就只剩下b了。

首先A错的原因在于没有the likelihood to 这种用法，只有the likelihood of 还有the likelihood that。
B是对的，因为有be likely to 这种用法而且也平行。
C错在平行不对称，因为as---as 必须对称平行，而C项中比较对象是likelihood和white women。
D错在不该有being。
E错在只有一个as 没有另一as 对称呼应。

另外其实我做这道题目的时候，读句子也发现B项是最舒服的。
likelihood觉得有些awkward。
另，有些童鞋说GWD里面的题目用尺子量一量都能找到答案。
D虽然最短，但因为being就已经被kick out了。
因而，根据最短原则，B。
有些无厘头，但实在不会做的时候未尝不是个方法。

同意B是对的，但我不理解为什么D不对。我觉得B就是advise带that 从句，但如果如D所示用being的话，整个后半句就可以看做是advise的宾语，为什么错呢？

advise作通知解时,搭配为 advise sb. of sth.  这个意义下的sth.应该是可以用that引导的宾语从句代替。 刚从MW字典上查的。。。   但是考场上碰到考查这种冷僻的diction的题真的很无解。
