关于海外报名考试的问题

我在考虑是否要在澳大利亚考托福，但是在 https://toefl-registration.ets.org/TOEFLWeb/logon.do 上 Sign up 的时候 提示已经存在我的profile(我在中国的教育部托福考试中
心网站上注册过)，不让我重复注册

提示已经存在我的profile的原文如下：

Our records indicate a profile already exists for you. You may have signed up
with ETS at an earlier date. Please enter your original user name and password
, or click Password Assistance and/or User Name Assistance.


但是我用 NEEA ID\ ETS ID\ 我的姓名都无法登陆英文的托福报名网站，也就是说我现在
既不能在英文的报名网站上注册新用户也不能用中国的账户登录，使用User Name Assist
ance 提示找不到我的profile, 请问我该怎么办？谢谢
