B选项but后面要么是和denounce平行的动词support，要么加SVO一个完整的句子

A 这里的while是用作转折词而不是时间状语引导词，SVO，ing，while at the same time +ing，后面的两个ing的动作发出者都是同一个主语they，并且完全满足伴随状语的同时且真实条件。         的确语感读一遍确实是support要和denounce平行，但是排除之后这个是唯一没有问题的选项了
