OG 42 难道 分词做后置定语（无that which时） 也可以跳跃修饰？

A选项中的过去分词spawned和extending都是跳过tentacles，而修饰前面的an interwoven filigree。难道不加逗号的过去分词可以跳跃修饰吗？

也看过      ，that 分词         可以跳跃修饰N的情况
但是第一次  n1+of n2分词   作后置定语 还可以跳跃修饰N1啊？？？
