OG的解释应该更加权威吧，我还没有做到，这里就随便说说。

整个划线的部分解释什么是 Global warming

A， 主要问题在 ’ to be‘， 这个强调将来会发生的结果，和句子的意思不符
B，  逻辑意思不同， caused by fossil fuels， 这里说全球变暖是由于fossil fuels造成的，显然不太合适
C， human beings整体是一词组，指的是人类，没有动词的意思
D 和 E， 这里用which的话句子比较冗长，都是废话

五个选择看了一遍，还是C比较合适

同上。C虽然还是很别扭，但是与A, B 比起来是逻辑意思最准确的了。而且语法上来讲也没有错误。somebody's doing，我也觉得很awkward。 但是比较来看，也只有C最合适了。

排除出来选项是没问题的，就是接受不了这个sb's doing~

终于找到一个词典里面把burning列为名词的，burning是名词，就不会有问题了

啊~~~~~~~~我的错~~~一直记得burn就可以做名词所以就以为burning一直是Ving了~~~~brun的名词意思不对....不好意思，谢谢各位

白勇的语法书里有讲，对于没有其对应名词形式的动词，如make，staff，还有就是这个burn，一律用-ing形式代表名词，有对应名词形式且意思一致的，要优先使用对应名词形式，如construct-construction；destroy-destruction；think-thought
