我选B,我觉得关键是that可以指代前面的469,000

that 指代car

是B,但是为什么用that呢,而不是用the number, 我就是因为这个弄不清楚,故选了C。

还是没有看明白,that为什么要指代car呢,后面一句说,1929年光卡车就是原先数目的两倍了。
