白勇上说这里是几个句子并列时，第一句中有be动词或become,第二句中的be动词和或become必须省略
还有一个问题就是
ordered that 后面的虚拟语气这个部分，这里是实际是并列了两个宾语从句，
即...ordered that the levels of ...and (that) the results...
GMAT中宾从的that应该不能省呀，那后面的that为什么不补出来呢？

我又翻了下白勇前面关于这个的语法点，上面说“动词型宾语从句引导词that在标准书面语中一般不能省略
”在这道题上，我对这一点确实感觉很矛盾。

我觉得第二个the results和 the levels 并列，作为宾语从句中的两个部分理解，就没有that的省略了

可是实际上results后也是句子呀~
就是那个 ...the results (be省) published

我觉得不能省略that是指如果一句话，宾语从句不能省略that,就如同在一句话里面be也不能省略一样，但是在并列句中，为了简洁明了，这些that，be应该就都可以省略吧

你要选的是相对较优的答案，that可省可不省，只是有效性问题，而其他选项都是正确性问题

楼上的很对，GMAT的答案只是选择相对较好的，没有绝对好的。
