I think C may be changed to children of authoritative parents, rather than of permissive parents.

我觉得楼上两种都对。

但是有没有人觉得A选项的句子结构不完整呢？
AP are more likely than PP to have children (who as ......).
此时的，to have sb. 好像缺少一个动作句子没有结束一样。
困惑啊~~

参见庖丁解牛，A正确，A is more likely than B to do. 只是who从句过长让人感觉没完，但前面 主谓俱全，不存在不完整问题。
