实在没有思路就用万能思路吧

1. Scientific and artistic achievements is crucial in measuring a value of a nation;

2. However, business success is equally important to a nation that...;

3. We should emphasize both. 最好能举一个从科研成果转化为经济成果最后再回馈科研的例子（应该很多吧，不然随便编一个）

这样应该就可以了
