第一题 我也觉得是A,再看看答案?

第二题 的确是C,8月的坠毁不是人为因素,那么自然是机械因素,因此此后更严格的检查条例发布,因此机械故障汇报率提升了.
连续的因果关系,第二个因果关系指出,更严格的检查条理才是机械鼓掌汇报率提升的原因,暗示不是真的机械故障发生率提高了.
