A中的42 times不完整，42 times什么，看看CDE中42times怎么用的；
B好像被比较了42次，感觉很诡异

这个貌似prep笔记上有.其实是earn的宾语作比较,然后同位语the ratio修饰宾语的比较部分.
宾语是419 times the pay of blue-collar workers, 宾语的比较部分是42 times their pay.
