不过我还有一个问题就是，逗号＋doing的这种情况如果作状语怎么判断呢？就像你说它修饰前面一整句话表结果，这个能不能看作结果状语呢？
另外，能不能麻烦楼主给我一个例子来展示一下你说的第2种情况，修饰前面的动词，逻辑主语是前面主句的主语？

这个问题困扰我很久了，麻烦nn好心解释一下！

我这么认为，逗号+分词，第一反应就是作不作状语。但分词作状语不仅仅只是表结果，还可表时间、原因、方式、条件、让步、伴随等等。
分词作状语修饰主句谓语很多，比如来句最简单的： Smiling,he answered.

是啊，那如果遇到这种情况的话，怎么分辨逗号加doing是定语还是状语呢？就像上面的题目那样，e选项里面的in fact possibly serving作状语的话来解释，可不可以呢？能不能帮忙解释一下为什么e选项不对可以吗？除了possibly这个词和原句的can不能替换之外e选项的问题是什么？

另外d选项里面的it指代什么呢？是the number of chirps per minute吗？然后因为serve修饰的是主句里面the number of chirps这个主语名词，而不是动词，形容词或者副词啥的。所以我们只能把serve这个句子看成定语吗？修饰前面the number of chirps？

有没有好心的nn能帮我解释一下，先谢了！
