但是我不明白B这句话该如何解释？我感觉后面半句省略了一些元素，但是不知道该如何补全帮助理解。哪位大牛帮我看看~！？

我选了A，因为我觉得A很省略可是可以表达意思，B反而太复杂重复；但是白勇反而说A语句不全，应选B
哪位牛牛给个preference？

我认为前者的hopefully与completed存在矛盾，hopefully意思是“没有完成所以希望完成”，而completed不是to be completed，代表“完成”，两者逻辑矛盾；
后者的can表示“能完成”而“it is hoped, be completed”表示“不一定能完成”，也是逻辑矛盾。

所以我觉得这2个选项都不对，但是答案是后者，说因为hopefully不用于书面。
我不知道我认为他们逻辑矛盾是不是想太多？GMAT中是否会有这层关系要考虑进去？

not。。。but （rather）。。。习惯用语

and、but、yet等是连词后面必须跟完整的主谓结构

17題 hopefully出現一定不選，這是GMAT規律之一。hopefully太濄口語化 gmat是商業英文 不會用這類詞

我的疑问是the filibuster seems more and more an anachronism. 感觉应该是it seems more and more like an XXX.才比较对，是不是这里like可以省略？
