BTW, unluckily if he didn't even get interviewed but is still thinking of deferring HAAS to give the last try, I bet he is a real stupid! Well, joking aside

个人建议别这么干

defer了再申请别的学校，是非常unethical的

MBA is just a platform that can provide you with more opportunties. The platform provided by HBS/GSB might be superior to HaaS to some extent but it makes little difference to accelarate/help your future career pursuit. After all, it's you, not HBS/GSB, who will be playing in the games after graduation.

MBA doesn't create strong people, it only makes strong people stronger.

One question, anyone know if deferral is rejected by the school, will it affect the granted offer or scholarship in the original place?

如果申请defer的原因合理，即使被拒，应该不会影响再次申请的offer/scholarhsip，除非第二年申请人的pool turns out to be significantly better than this year's.

mm 好可爱，那我就厚着脸皮说几句。1) Don't try to say too many things in one sentence. Keep your sentences short and simple. 2) Be aware of grammatical errors. 3) Be careful about your choice of words. "Stupid" is a pretty strong word. You don't want to use it that often.
