还是in the name  of progress

   A中has 表示that修饰progress，于是意思上就是：progress has decimated native peoples

   E是说：devastation and enslavement  have decimated the native peoples

   感觉E对，不确定，大家讨论。。。

在这里我认为可能没什么区别。后一个the更象是被省略了。
