我的问题是，为什么第一道里的The list of animals that中that指代animals接 exhibit
而第二道里的a group of hoofed mammals that 里的that指代a group 接 includes
到底怎么分辨到底是指代A of B中的哪个呢？我觉得逻辑上讲都可以吧？？？

第二题：a body of/a collection of/an array of/a series of/a set of/a portion of/a group of + 复数名词,谓语动词用单数。
指一个团体，并不是A of B表示从属关系的意思。

第一题：
如果是从属的A of B的话，其实后面的定语从句的that两个都可以指代，但是因为有个using，现在分词做介词宾语，它的逻辑主语是animals无疑。。。


不过话说不仔细看我也选错，原来preference 后面加for的啊！！！

我觉得没有什么固定的准则，根据语义可以清晰判断

很显然是强调这个group，是这一组mammals包括什么什么，如果修饰mammals那它范围可就广了，而后面又没有and so on 什么的，逻辑上不对

所以这里using the right..的逻辑主语应该是animals而不是list, 所以animals就要成为这个that从句的主语；如果修饰list, 就变成了the list that exhibits a preference for using..., 在这个从句的层次里就没有animal做逻辑主语了对吗
