請問为什么不能选C，C可解释成=> 该银行位于metropolitan areas and 成功獲利, by 三種services 邏輯並沒不妥呀

correct answer: E. by providing and by standing parallel. Financial advice parallel with mortgages, home improvement loans, automobile loans, which is the last one among them; need "and".
