prep语法笔记里说that指代的是consumer demand，但我觉得好像应该是指growth, ms A+介词+B+that,这里的that即可指A又可指B，句子中的逻辑意思应该是colder-than-normal temperatures引起了growth。。。。大家的意思呢？

还有第二个any前不加to没关系吗？

这个to可省略也可加上。语法笔记中有讲到这一点。出处应该是白勇语法。

关于那个that修饰的，我同意lz是修饰growth。有个规律好像就是that修饰的对象通常需要跳过介词短语。如果前面是growth of consumer demand那么修饰的一定是demand。

我现在还是在迷惑that修饰的是demand还是growth，还有其他人可以给些参考么？

我也是关于that修饰这一点上。。啊，两年过去了啊
