UTD 的硕士还是 SUNY@Buffalo的PHD

UTD的硕士是半奖，SUNY的是全奖，2个学校我在学术上看不出差别，不知道有没有必要去地理位置好的。想听听各位意见，谢谢！

That said, UTD master should be better cause Dallas is a big city and Master is probably a better fit for you.
