理由我也帮你想好了，就说国内最近实施房地产市场调控，贷款限制得很死，家里需要更多现金买房，所以无力负担去读书了。当然了，我的理由仅供参考，被人家追究的话我不负责任

更惨一点的情况是deposit交了，而且有点奖，但是又不去的，还能拒么？

You are thinking way too much about this.  Just send them an email saying that after careful considerations, you will not be matriculating after all.  That's all you need to do.  

Think about this way, if the school were to reject you, they wouldn't sit there for days and think about how to write a nice letter to reject you.  They would just send you the same old BS rejection letter that they've been sending all the other rejected applicants.  So there's no point for you to go out of your way and be extra "considerate".
