If you are admitted but cannot arrive in the U.S. for the Spring 2010 semester, we will be happy to offer you admission for the Fall 2010 semester.

我申的是秋季入学呀，怎么还跟我提春季的事呢，真是搞不懂，这什么意思啊，是说录取了吗？

Just give the admin a call, problem solved. Nobody here can give you an offical answer regarding this problem. Only the ADCOM/ADMIN know you are applying for fall or spring admssion. Don't you get it?
