GWD28-Q41 关于逗号和众多and的用法

这道题做的时候掐着时间，看着看着就晕了，当然看了正确答案以后仔细分析一下也就清楚了，只是当时5个长选项看着太晕
这里用各种颜色画出来这句话中的3个对称，在最大的那个对称instruction 和 substitution之间，正确答案用了一个逗号，
通常我们再表示两个东西并列用A and B的时候，and前是不加逗号的，而这里用了逗号，推测是为了让句子更加清晰（因为前面小并列太多了，而且句子也太长了嘛）。
想问的是，在语法中是否有成形的规定来规定逗号和and之间的规则呢？请知道的tx解答一下，或者帮忙查查手上的资料（我米查到。。）

然后再看区别,一个是 the introduction of XX and of XX, and
另外一个是  the introduction of XX and XX, and of XX
选B不选D的原因是根据文章的意思来决定的, new farming techniques,是introduction的内容, 后面的and the substitution 是和introduction平行的
