"Berkshire Manor (West) is around $799 per month (exclu utility). 2 br and 1 bath. I currently live in Berkshire Manor West and happen to look for a roommate. "

okay, got it. Don't want your wife to be mad, hehe...
BTW, Baity Hill's apartments are un-furnished. But people here are moving and selling their furnitures. So it should be pretty easy to get some.

你推荐的Bailty Hill的房子不错，是不是家具什么的都有了呢？我原本打算第一个学期住在学校，因为还不熟悉环境，看到你推荐说这个房子离学校很近，我觉得很不错，而且价格应该比学校的租金便宜吧。http://housing.unc.edu/residence-halls/baity-hill-at-mason-farm网站上给出的租金包括了全部的费用？不需要其它支付费用了？另外，我想可以的话和人share 2BR 1 OR 2BA，降低一些成本。我是女的，单身。：）能否帮我问问有没有人正好有房间空着呢？我很好相处的，爱卫生，无不良嗜好。赫赫。

Baity Hill就是学校的的房子，不过是没有家具的。网站上给的租金是包括了所有费用。Baity Hill申请有一个限制，就是第一年的时候只租给已婚的学生。第二年又不少单身的学生也都搬进去了。2BR是一般是租给已婚有孩子的。
