正确答案是A，请问这里比较的是哪两个部分？

题目后面还有个补充说明，“对于比较结构中是否有必要补充助动词，应以是否会产生歧意为标准”，请问本题中没有ARE会产生怎么样的歧意

those 指代ptterns of stress

比较的是主语patterns 所以补出系动词
没有are 变成
the ptterns of stress that girls experience are more likely to result in （depression） than（ those that boys experience）
有和depression比较的歧义

但是比较的话不是应该前后平行，那ARE不就多出来了？

句子完整后是这样the (ptterns of stress) that girls experience are more likely to result in depression than (those) that boys experience  are likely to result in depression

我原本認為用what比用those that 好是因為 男生跟女生所面臨的壓力模是不一樣(例如 男生面對要比較獨立的壓力 女生面對要比較溫柔的壓力)  所以用those that 就好像變成了同各壓力模式   但在想了一想之後  這句的句意  好像就是要在同個壓力模式下 去比較 男女生因為性別不同而產生了不同的結果~~ 在同個壓力模式下(例如 大學聯考) 女生比較容易低潮
所以 其實what 不會比those that 好  

B的錯點  只在於 比較時 若可能會有歧意  可能是跟主詞比  也可能跟受詞比  所以沒有加 動詞  就有可能是跟受詞比
主詞是 壓力模式  受詞是低潮  沒加動詞 就不知道 男生面臨的到底是低潮還是壓力模式

我也是刚才看到这个题了。。此处后面部分补出的are是不是用了倒装啊？正常语序，are不该放在those前啊。。我怎么看这个are的位置怎么别扭

不是倒装，是把前面比较的主语省略的。
