刚面完时已回帖写了面经, 但不知为啥没保存成. 重新写吧:
Summary of lesson:
1. 只要按"CD上面试问题汇总"来准备, 已Cover十之八九, 真是非常感谢!
2. 典型的Event based interview, 问完一个问题后刨根问底,　很细节.
３.面试官建议用Eassy 上没有的例子.
Questions asked during the phone interview:
1. Tell me the three partner companies you want to work for an internship.  S: Should be specific to LGO program, not related to Sloan.
2. Tell me an example to show how you worked with a people who is hard to work with.  
3. What kind of community services that you did recently.
4. Tell me an example that you successfully convinced a person to accept an idea.
5. What was your personal goal last year, which was not related to your work at all.
6. Any questions that you want to ask me?

面试官非常nice, 说话很清楚.　我个人的风格是实话实说,　比如说除了大学期间,　因为工作很忙,　我基本上没做什么community service. 我不知道这样回答的影响如何,　但是我想如果学校匹配,　它应该不会为了一个小缺点来掩盖大的优点.　反而我想它应该appreciate 我的诚实.　要不然也不用强求.　一切顺其自然吧.　其实真录取了我也很矛盾,　舍不得只有两岁的儿子.

我有个朋友去的时候把父母和公婆3个月一轮换（签证期限造成的）召去米国带儿子

去年1月15日截止，3月3日开始发面试

今年1月12日截止，面试通知该到了阿，3月1日都要过完了
