UTD的dean's excellence scholarship申请问题~~请NN帮忙

说是还要求一封推荐信和个人的leadership陈述，请问推荐信是找推荐人再写一封还是用申请时候的啊？还有个人陈述也是。。。。。迷茫。。。


邮件是这样的：

congratulations on being accepted into the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management Masters Program. You have shown high potential with your performance on the GMAT, therefore, you are eligible to receive a School of Management Dean's Excellence Scholarship for the Fall, 2010 semester. You can apply for this scholarship by downloading the application forms for new students from our Scholarship webpage at:

If you apply you will receive an award of $1,000 when you enroll for 5 or more credit hours at UT Dallas in August, 2010. This award also gives you Texas-resident tuition status for all three semesters of the 2010-2011 academic year, providing yearly savings for non-residents of $7,614 to $15,165 depending on your course load. We will also renew your scholarship in Fall, 2011 if you maintain a GPA of greater than 3.50 in your first year.

这个是什么意思？？？是说申了就给还是要选啊~~~~~

这个不是很清楚，就是很耿耿于怀他家的中国人数量。。。但是确实便宜。。。。。。。

这个是录取邮件后多久发的啊？难道人家都会主动邀请你的？
