只是我的是关于 DE OG 解释说不加AND是错的...

I thought "and" linking a parallel structure sometimes can be omitted if the two that "and" is linking together express same importance in the sentence...therefore the OG explanation about DE saying DE fail to use "and" to introduce the last item in the list, which is sleeping in these constructions..is contradicted to another OG's question (sorry can't find exact number now)

E的補全是：　Recently implemented "shift-work equations" based on studies of the human sleep cycle have reduced sickness, and sleeping on the job,and fatigue among shift workers was lowered while raising production efficiency in various industries. (E選項後半段的and fatigue...沒有平行的對象！）

我觉得，根据逻辑意思，"sickness", "sleeping on the job", 和"fatigue among shift workers"都是"shift-work equations"导致的结果，而且都是reduced的宾语。所以，1. 没必要用and把他们分成两个独立的句子。2. lower跟reduced意思重复。

OG中“In E, while raising has no logical referent, producing only the absurd statement that fatigue has raised efficiency.”，我的理解是：因为E中，and后面的句子是一个独立句，所以while从句是修饰and后面的主句的，while从句的逻辑主语应该跟主句的逻辑主语相同。但主句没出现逻辑主语，所以会造成好像主语是fatigue的歧义。

一开始也觉得D挺顺眼，后来仔细想了下，贴下分析：
（D）-- 的句子
Recently implemented "shift-work equations" based on studies of the human sleep cycle have reduced sickness, sleeping on the job,  lowered fatigue among shift workers, and raised  production efficiency in various industries.
红色部分并列
错误分析：
1. 如上三个动词大平行，sickness 和 sleeping 小平行，逗号不一定需要，但是and 一定需要的；【曼哈顿：两个及两个以上成分并列，最后那个一定要加and】（这个理由足够充足 排除掉这个选项了）
2. 而且这里 三个动词 并列 reduce 和lower 明显意思一样么，合并起来会更好；

3. 还有一点，我自己也不太清楚，就是 完成时的并列 能不能省略 have，或者说 完成时 能不能和 过去式 并列。
如： 上面 的结构是， have reduced A, lowered B, raised C.
应该理解为   have reduced A,（have） lowered B, （have）raised C.的省略
还是理解为   一个完成时 和两个过去式的并列？

个人理解—while仅仅是为了将后巷和前项区别开来。
在百度文库摘取一部分可能适用的语法点：
while后的从句谓语动词只能是延续性动词，强调主从句的两个动词同时发生；while也可作并列连词，表示两个动作的对比，译为“而”“然而”。as则表示两个变化中的动作的同时性，译为“一边…一边…”。（题中；一边降低；一边提高）
1.While his mother was cooking in the kitchen，the boy fell asleep in the chair.
(在一个延续动作过程中发生另一个动作)
2.He hurried home，looking behind as he went. 他匆匆回家，边走边往后看（这个和句子里面用法类似）
