答案选D没有问题 想问下C中如果把and去掉的话，会是正确的吗？ 答案中解释的even though creates a sentence ragment.什么意思呀，eventhough和although不是一样的用法么？

不是特别明白 能否举个例子说下even though和although的区别？ eventhough后面是得加完整句子么？还是？

even though+让步从句, 主句

C中and even though就相当于用AND并列了一个EVEN THOUGH开头的句子,必须有从句和主句,C中只有从句而无主句,因此是FRAGMENT


C中把AND去掉语法上就正确,但是我觉得那个they没有必要再写出来,因为主语是一致的!

可是我觉得they是不能省的   比如
Even though he tried, he still lagged behind other runners.尽管他努力了，仍落在其他赛跑者之后。We mustn't let up, even though we're winning.我们即使快赢了也决不可松劲。
这样看来 eventhough 后面也要加完整的句子     不知道能不能这样理解

OG里有题目是Although +adj. , S+V结构的

所以可以确定主语一致至少ALTHOUGH在句首的话可以省主语
