Rochester finance will not interview people, normally. But after they send out the offers, they will have a campus visit for those who got the offers.

He did not apply to UW last year, and I'm pretty sure he was interviewed by Toni herself. Toni is in charge of Rochester right now so it is very possible for Rochester to give interviews.
