我觉得B项的原因应该是没有平行吧，明显后面的句子和前面那个句子意义上平行，如果一个改成定语从句，一个不是，那么就破坏了平行结构，as可以作为介词使用，表示如同，所以B项那样用并没错，只是平行结构破坏，不过C项的so难道不是连词么，是的话，那么前面那个as也是连词，这样子两个连词应该不能一起使用，除非just as ...so...是有这样子的一个固定结构。。。
请NN指点下！
