Submission of Supporting Documents In order to facilitate the administrative process, applicants are also expected to provide the following documents upon their application: - Official academic transcripts - Official certified true copies of certificates and official transcripts “Official certified true copies” include -> copies officially imprinted, signed and certified by the issuing authority -> copies that have been declared as true before a notary public office -> copies of the original documents - Original report of results of international tests / examinations (e.g. TOEFL) - Confidential Reference Form
