我选的B，正确答案是C。

OA对B的解释是：concerning修饰record companies不合适。

我当时做题的思路是：前面是Concern引导的伴随状语，因为是record companies去concern，是主动关系，所以这个分词引导的状语应该是现在分词。然后从A、B两个里头很容易排除A，选择了B。

请问我这样考虑是不是正确？

有关伴随状语，Prep第一题就有非常详细的解释，难道我理解错了。。。。。。

sth concern sb,   sb be concerned with sth, 这样考虑应该是C对。
