我学过一些加拿大税法,可以抵扣的学费里好像没有这项。
还有就是那些税收优惠都是针对citizen的

sophiemaa, I am afraid that your understanding is not correct.
1) The tuition fee and other applicable expenses will qualify for Canadian tax credit as long as both the school and the courses meet the criteria - MBA program (not those online degrees) will certainly qualify
2) The tuition tax credit does apply to everyone in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, student, working visa holder, etc.)
In addition:
3) The rate will be the lowest federal tax bracket rate - for tax year 2009, it is 15%.
4) the credit is non-refundable, meaning that it can only be used to offset your tax payable.
5) unused amount in certain year will be carried forward to future years.
6) depends on which province you live in, there may be additional tax credit.
Personal tax filling software in Canada only costs $20 CAD, and it will save you the headache to study and remember the details

BTW, here is the actual guideline for tuition credit (set by Canadian Revenue Agency)
