但是这里的D -- save money in employee illness prevention  逻辑上根本就是错的吧

save momey in ... 在...上省钱,而原句的意思应该是"通过prevent省钱"

此外对比B跟E,定语前置跟后置

through improved performance --- through performance improved

请问这2种表达强调的对象不一样吗?

这题的答案还是比较明显的……用each year和annually就可以排除ABC  题目的意思比较清晰，是说companies通过preventing illness among employees省钱通过improved worker performance赚钱 其实私人觉得5个选项都不是特别好，因为没有希望中的完全对称平行结构，但是E也没有错误的 句子重心的话……省钱那部分应该是通过preventing，而D的表达不是改变了重心，而是改变了句子原意，成了在employee illness prevention 这部分支出上省了钱，而原意只是通过preventing省钱，具体省在哪里是没有指出来的

但是一种improve是用过去分词作定语前置修饰performence

这样说来定语前置跟后置，强调的重心不一样了？

有疑惑。。。觉得E里面的they指代不清啊。。。

they是指companies。这个没有歧义的。条件从句的主语如果是代词一定与主句的主语为同一个。
