大家是怎么拒绝学校OFFER 的?

是发EMAIL, 还是将学校寄来的一张接受或拒绝的表格填妥邮寄回去?

刚draft了一个拒信给他们，是附在学校的decline form之后的，拙劣的措辞，见笑了！

Thank you for giving me such a chance. I feel excited about the admission, but I have to decline it for the following reason.fficeffice" />    

I got this offer yesterday, 27days after you sent this package on ffice:smarttags" />Feb 26^th, 2004 and the due date for deposit payment is TODAY. Unfortunately, I have no time to prepare bank draft, accept the offer and mail it even by DHL or FedEx. You actually placed me in a dilemma whether to decline other offers while still waiting for    your school for longer period or to accept one of them. Also, the non-refundable deposit amount to accept the offer of any top B-School in Canada is not a drop in the bucket for me.    

So would you please send the offers to the students living outside Canada by express next time? I believe that all the international students will appreciate it.

I feel so sorry and depressed to do so! It is really a pity for me. Hope that I will have a chance to be with you in the future.

偶是发e-mail过去的，也是赶巧刚好学校给我发了个e-mail，我就就着那个e-mail回的。不过我觉得最好还是写一份正式的信寄过去好一些。如果学校有表格那就更好了，反而容易很多啊。想理由拒绝学校实在挺痛苦的。

I feel very fortunate to get the acceptance to XXX(name of the school.) and XXX( Name of another school). Yet, it brings me with hard decision to make at the same time. As both schools are my favorite. Especially I had very pleasant experience and received lots of kind help from you.


However, I have decided to accept another offer for business school XXX( the name of the school you are going to attend), as I feel that    XXX has a number of characteristics, which better suits my career needs and objectives, and this is no reflection on your fine school.


Please kindly note that this is a very hard decision for me to make and that I feel very grateful for the time, help and consideration you showed me in this process.


I am sorry for any inconvenience that might arouse and I wish you are doing all well at XXX

To fill the form is enough, don’t do too much. Otherwise, it sounds the school badly needs you.

一定要写选择了另一个学校（提供校名）而拒绝吗？可不可以以“其他原因－财力不足”来回复，而实际上去了另一个学校？；）
